In addition to the Traditional Supply Role Aviaquip Pty Ltd offers other services to it’s Customers.

Some of these activities are :-

· Kitting - Aviaquip makes up and supplies product in kit form.

· Total Physical Distribution Management (TPDM ) - Aviaquip establishes a facility close to or within a customer’s facility to fill Ready Use Inventory Bins directly to Production / Maintenance Line on a needs basis.

· Inventory Bin Management - For other product lines that you want Aviaquip to manage as well.

· Dock Delivery for Specific Floor Bins - You may wish to restock the bins using existing stores personnel , Aviaquip can supply to your Company Store in bin packets.

· MOQ Processing Management - Where Aviaquip helps analyse customer’s demands and work out better minimum order quantity buys.

· Offsite Inventory Warehousing - You decide that you wish to subcontract the Warehousing and Distribution for some or all of your inventory to Aviaquip.

· Automatic Re-supply - No orders are issued , inventories monitored and maintained without customer active input.

· Brokering Service - Your inventory is listed on the Aviaquip computer , and is available for sale to our other customers.

· Excess Inventory Marketing - Where the your Excess Inventory is removed from your store to Aviaquip and actively promoted to the market on a discounted basis.

· Part Number Substitution Engineering Support - We review Customer’s entire bills of materials and make part number substitution recommendations on the grounds of price or availability.
