Carr Lane’s complete toggle clamp line includes horizontal and vertical handle hold down clamps, push-pull models, latch action clamps, toggle pliers and air-powered clamps. All are available in a range of sizes and holding capacities. New items include automotive, heavy-duty, vertical-handle toggle clamps with holding capacities up to 6000 lbs, designed to deliver both high clamping forces and long service life.
Alignment pins
Carr Lane’s offers precision alignment pins for many manufacturing, design, and assembly applications. Ball Lock Pins, available single or double acting, have a precisely ground shank available in many diameters and grip lengths. These quick release pins are positive locking until released by pushing a button. The newest addition, the Ball Lock Mounting System, allows accurately locating and clamping at the same time, with just the twist of a hex wrench, and is ideal for mounting quick-change fixture plates on a subplate. Also featured are spring-loaded detent pins, expanding pins, and lifting pins.
Drill jig bushings

Modular fixturing
Modular tooling from Carr Lane is ideal for temporary fixturing. Use this wide selection of tooling components for one-time jobs, short or prototype production runs, trial fixturing or while permanent fixtures are built or repaired. Modular components are available in mini, standard, and heavy sizes. Finish-ground modular tooling plates and blocks have multipurpose positioning holes at regular intervals. Options include round, rectangular, square, platform and angle tooling plates, along with two-sided, four-sided and window tooling blocks.A variety of fixtures can be assembled from a small assortment of modular components. Chuck jaws
Carr Lane provides hundreds of hard and soft jaws in popular sizes for 28 chuck brands. Hard jaws are available in two-step reversible and single-step reversible varieties, in sizes to fit most chucks. These hardened steel jaws include diamond-point serrations for secure gripping.General-purpose soft jaws, pointed or reversible, are constructed of 1018 steel, or optional aluminum. They come in many standard chuck sizes, in standard height or extra-high types. Pie-shaped soft jaws are full-grip jaws which provide increased surface contact on large-diameter or thinwall parts, to prevent distortion and marring. These jaws, in cast aluminum or cast iron, are also ideal for fixturing non-cylindrical parts. Choose standard versions or extra high from among Carr Lane’s huge variety of chuck jaws.
