Poly Fiber® / Ceconite® / Randolph®

In the middle of 2004 Poly Fiber Aircraft Coatings purchased Randolph Aircraft Products , forming Consolidated Aircraft Coatings Inc. Already owing the Ceconite fabric system this now means that they now offer 2 basic Aircraft Fabric Covering systems , The Poly Fiber System ( Stitts ) using Poly Fiber Polyester Cloth and Vinyl based paints , and The Randolph System , using Ceconite Polyester Cloth , and Randolph Nitrate/Butyrate Dopes. Both systems also have a Polyurethane based alternative top coat paint ( Ranthain & Aerothain ). These systems are FAA/PMA and STC’d for most existing aircraft. This makes Consolidated Aircraft Coatings Inc the worlds leading manufacturer of Aircraft Fabric Covering Products.
